How do you eat Oreo cookies?
Do you eat the cream filling first? Dunk them in milk? Slather them with peanut butter Parent Trap-style?
My favorite way to eat Oreo cookies has always been crushed up in a bowl of milk and eaten with a spoon. Cereal-style. I like to call it “The Breakfast of Champions.”
No matter how you eat them, however, the love for Oreo cookies is universal. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who doesn’t like Oreos. If I did I think I’d scream and then shove a Oreo Crunch Muffin down their throat.
Oreo Crunch Muffin?!
Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. I made some really good Oreo Crunch Muffins. They are really easy to make and I’ve been told they taste like fried Oreos. Fried Oreos you can eat for breakfast? Sure thing!

Hi, instead of vanilla yogurt, can I add vanilla extract n plain yogurt? How much vanilla extract should I add? Also, can I replace the canola oil with something else, ie butter?
Both substitutions should work fine! Let me know how you like them!

Just add a few tablespoons of cocoa powder. I’d say about 3-4 tablespoons.

Is there anything I can substitute the sugar for?
Unfortunately there is not. I tried swapping honey for the sugar once and reduced the flour by 1/4 cup and the result was not as good.
