Cinnamon Glazed Pumpkin Cookies

Remember me? I’m Erika, the writer of this blog. I cook and bake yummy things.
I know I’ve been pretty MIA lately. Sorry about that!
For the past week, I’ve been acting a lot more “teenager” than “blogger.”
With days full of school, Cross Country practice, football games, hanging with friends, Facebook, and texting I had no time (and very little motivation) to blog.
Don’t worry. I’m back to my normal blogging schedule!
And I’m back with a really, really good pumpkin cookie recipe.
It’s not mine, but I’m really tempted to take all the credit for it.
They’re just that good!
Fluffy and cakey. Pumpkin-y and spiced to perfection. Oh, and don’t don’t even get me started on that cinnamon glaze. Basically, I want to get a big bowl of it and eat it by the spoonful for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

Oh those look fabulous!! I have been dreaming of pumpkin cookies lately – a bakery that used to be in my town had the best ones, but I don’t know how to replicate them! If I made these with a chocolate drizzle they might be pretty similar. Thanks for sharing!
